The Fajita Story:
Fajita actually means Skirt Steak, traditionally eaten by ranch-hands in Northern Mexico & Texas. Sonny Falcon was the first man to sell Fajitas in 1969, which has since earned him the reputation:
‘The Fajita King’. Sonny served his Fajita simply with Flour Tortillas, Tomato Salsa & lots of Skirt Steak.
Over the years his recipe has changed in to what we now know as the Classic Fajita’s dish of Roasted Bell Peppers & Red Onions, garnished with Sour Cream & Guacamole, Tomato Salsa served with Flour Tortillas, Spiced Rice, Grated Cheese & Salad.
