Bhalti dishes are the latest trend in Indian restaurants and are very popular in the Midlands. The Bhalti is a metal round bottomed dish like a wok with two handles, Bhalti food is freshly prepared and healthy, because the rapid Stir - Fry process retains the goodness of the food.
