just refurbished to an excellent standard. Fish and chips best we have ever had all other food looked fantastic. Service very good will certainley be wineing and dining here again

The setting is lovely, but the food is less than satisfactory, and does not match up to the pub setting.
Over priced food that was extremely disappointing.

Took my 6 month old son here today and felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble from warming his food to washing his bowls when he had finished! Fantastic customer service , really friendly staff and will definayely recommend to my friends ! Thank-you

Excellent meal and very friendly hospitality from both the landlord and his colleagues. Recommend the delicious pork belly and the puddings are worth a visit alone.

Bitter disappointment. Booked table for Sunday lunch for 1p.m. arrived early for drinks. Was not invited to order till well after 1pm. Told NO SOUP LEFT!!! Beef dinner came about 1.40 - beef not worth the wrestle - sent it back. Nothing interesting or exciting on menu at all. Prices unrealisically high. Gravy already on plate, coffee 1 cup only served with milk. Service lax - no flare anywhere - not worth the travel, time or cost.

we had a fantastic meal every thing was perfect i am in the trade so it takes a lot to please me no faults at all
